My stay was mostly enjoyable, thanks to the hotel's great location on a hill above the city center. The service was friendly and helpful, which made me feel welcomed. However, the rooms had a dated feel and were affected by a lingering cigarette smell, which wasn't ideal. Dining options were quite limited too, so there’s room for improvement in that area.
